Yoga Nidra Workshop

Also known as “Yogic Sleep”, Yoga Nidra is a meditative relaxation technique that guides the practitioner into a hypnagogic state (the state between waking and sleeping), promoting a deep sense of ease and self-healing through guided awareness and observation. This workshop will include 30 minutes of asana, movement and breathing practices to help prepare the body for rest. As you will be lying down for a long period of time, please feel free to bring pillows or other forms of support so that you can relax into stillness against the ground. All levels welcome. Accompanied by sound, we’ll start with a gentle vinyasa practice and seamlessly move into restorative Yin Yoga where poses will be held for longer periods of time. We’ll then move into a meditative sound bath featuring Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls. Feel free to bring blankets and pillows!

Join Jodi and Alexandra for a 90 minute Yin Yoga and Sound Bath class featuring Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls. We’ll begin with a yin inspired slow flow, followed by a calming yin practice where quieter restorative poses will be held for longer periods of time. Sound will be played throughout. We'll be ending with a 30 minute sound bath and meditation. Feel free to bring blankets and pillows!

New Moon Super Solar Eclipse Sound Bath

Join Renee Dryg for an experience to reset all of your systems on the cellular level.

Clear blockages, expand awareness, and restore the free flow of vital energy through immersion in sacred and healing sound. The gong meditation gives access to parts of the mind that are usually closed, parts beyond language, resulting in a sense of expanded awareness. Gong sound can be used to rebalance and tone the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

This workshop will begin with 10 minutes of gentle yoga, 7-11 minutes of chanting, and the remainder in Savasana as you connect with your infinity to the sound vibrations of the healing Crystal Singing Bowl, Drum journey, and Symphonic Paiste Gong. Feel free to bring blankets and pillows.

Full Moon’s are a time of emotional intensity as what has been stirring within the psyche for the previous month builds up and reaches it’s peak. Sagittarius is a fiery sign of outward expansion. It seeks to grow and learn through journeying and higher learning. Breathwork is an active three part breath pattern designed to release deeply rooted emotions from the body. We’ll be using the energy of Sagittarius in conjunction with breathwork to travel inward.

In this live, 90 minute workshop, we’ll look at the different movement capabilities of the shoulders as well as exercises for strengthening the wrists, which we spend a lot of time bearing weight on in yoga, but not in daily life. We’ll explore the concept of active vs passive range of motion and ways to increase strength and mobility at these two joints.

Meditation and Breathwork to Raise Funds for Campaign Zero

Fighting racial injustice requires both inner and outer work. Let’s practice together and take tangible action.

Rikki will lead us through a grounding meditation to set the stage for breathwork, and then Hadley will lead us through the breathing practice. Please have a space you can practice in uninterrupted, a place to lie down flat on (bed or yoga mat) and a pillow or blanket.

Breathwork is an active breathing practice designed to release deeply rooted emotions in the body. The breath helps us to bypass the rational, thinking mind and go deep into the emotional body while connecting to our truest essence. There’s possibility to heal trauma as well as generational wounds. Feelings of lightness and increased gratitude are also common.

All proceeds from this class will be donated to Campaign Zero. Funds will “support the analysis of policing practices across the country, research to identify effective solutions to end police violence, technical assistance to organizers leading police accountability campaigns and the development of model legislation and advocacy to end police violence nationwide.”

Suggested donation of $20 - more if you can, less if you can’t.
