In this 90 min. workshop you'll learn:
Sitting (and standing) at a desk: Finding proper support and healthy alignment.
Mobility: Keeping the hips and spine mobile.
Maintenance: Yoga and exercises for long term pelvic health and posture.
Finding a deeper breath: Discover how breath can and should live in the pelvic floor.
Kegel myths: What are kegels? Plus how to do them, when to do them, and when NOT to do them.
Body knowledge: Connecting with your pelvis on an energetic level.
