**This workshop is for anyone with female anatomy. You do not have to identify as a woman to attend.

In this 90 min. workshop you'll learn:

  • Sitting (and standing) at a desk: Finding proper support and healthy alignment.

  • Mobility: Keeping the hips and spine mobile.

  • Maintenance: Yoga and exercises for long term pelvic health and posture.

  • Finding a deeper breath: Discover how breath can and should live in the pelvic floor.

  • Kegel myths: What are kegels? Plus how to do them, when to do them, and when NOT to do them.

  • Body knowledge: Connecting with your pelvis on an energetic level.
