Breathwork Circle with Hadley

Breathwork is an active three part breath pattern designed to release deeply rooted emotions in the body. We start with a guided meditation followed by intention setting. We then lie down and practice the breathing pattern for around 35 minutes followed by a rest, then integration. 

This is an opportunity to connect deeply with a like minded community and rid the body and mind of emotional debris you may have been holding onto for years. While everyone's experience is different, it's impossible to leave not feeling as if you've released something. The benefits stay with you for far longer than the actual workshop.
