Yoga Agora will be hosting a special midnight meditation to bring in the new decade. Join Nick and The North Brooklyn String Ensemble on New Year's Eve for movement, meditation, and music.

We will end 2019 with a vinyasa class starting at 10:30pm. By 11:45pm we will settle into a seated meditation. This will give us time to let the mind deeply relax so that as we approach midnight we will be deep in meditation, thus beginning our new year with the best possible mindset. Seated meditation will continue until about 12:10am, followed by savasana.

Our shift into the new year will be accompanied by The North Brooklyn String Ensemble, including live cello, violin, and viola. 

This event is expected to fill up, registration is required. Doors open at 10pm.
