Wrists & Shoulders Workshop (virtual)

In this live, 90 minute workshop, we’ll look at the different movement capabilities of the shoulders as well as exercises for strengthening the wrists, which we spend a lot of time bearing weight on in yoga, but not in daily life. We’ll explore the concept of active vs passive range of motion and ways to increase strength and mobility at these two joints.
