Yoga Nidra with Jodi

Also known as “Yogic Sleep”, Yoga Nidra is a meditative relaxation technique that guides the practitioner into a deep state of ease, promoting self-healing through guided awareness and observation. This workshop will include some easy movement and pranayama (breathing practices). As you will be lying down for a long period of time, please feel free to bring pillows or other forms of support so that you can relax into stillness against the ground. All levels welcome.
