Sun Salutations: Three Part Series
This series will explore the major poses and movements found in sun salutations. With an emphasis on strength and mobility, we will isolate the component parts and then integrate them again for a more intentional and sustainable sun salutation. You can sign up for individual sessions or for the whole series.
Part One: Half salutations, Downward Facing Dog, and stepping forward

$20/class or $54 for the series.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for this workshop. Please come live, these will not be recorded.
