The gong meditation gives access to parts of the mind that are usually closed, resulting in a sense of expanded awareness. Gong sound can be used to rebalance and tone the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
Join Renee Dryg for Kundalini Yoga to loosen the body for relaxation, chanting mediation to balance the mind, and an extended Gong Sound Bath to reset all of your systems on the cellular level. This workshop will begin with 20-25 minutes of yoga, 7-11 minutes of chanting, and the remainder in Savasana as you connect with your infinity to the sound vibrations of the healing Crystal Singing Bowl, Drum journey, and double Symphonic Paiste Gongs.
