Breathwork is an active three part breath pattern designed to release deeply rooted emotions from the body. It’s possible to release feelings of grief, sadness, anxiety, fear, and physical pain as well as experience greater feelings of gratitude, bliss, and peace. Afterwards, the practitioner usually feels lighter and more connected to themselves.
Full Moon’s are a time of emotional intensity as what has been stirring within the psyche for the previous month builds up and reaches it’s peak. Sagittarius is a fiery sign of outward expansion. It seeks to grow and learn through journeying and higher learning. We’ll be using this energy in conjunction with breathwork to travel inward.
Need to knows:
You’ll need a space where you can be uninterrupted, a flat space to lie down like a yoga mat or bed, and blankets and/or pillows for warmth and to muffle yells.
