Kundalini Yoga & Gong Bath: A Karma class in support of the refugee crisis in Greece

Please practice peace with us in a 45 minute yoga class and 22 minute Gong Bath. All money collected will go directly to food, water, and supplies for the refugees.

Thousands of refugees are arriving on the tiny island of Lesbos, Greece every DAY with nothing but their wet clothes. They come from Turkey on tiny rubber rafts overstuffed with people. Many do not make it.

On April 23rd a friend and I will donate our vacation time and the cost of travel, room, and board to volunteer providing humanitarian aid to the refugees. When I arrive I am able to buy food and supplies directly ~no bureaucracy~ for these refugees who have nothing.

I will help people get on land, get in dry clothes, find their friends and family, get water and food, and locate medical help if needed.
