Extended Meditation Practice with Rikki

For those interested in deepening their meditation practice, we will dedicate this extended period of time to explore mindfulness through alternating periods of seated meditation, walking meditation, and asana.

Dress in comfortable layers and be prepared to stow your phone for the duration of the practice.

Some meditation and yoga experience useful but not required.
