This workshop will focus on building strength and increasing range of motion for chaturanga. We’ll review the alignment of chaturanga and some of its prerequisites. Then we’ll work through movements that will warm up and condition the body for the pose. We’ll explore some variations and modifications for building up to chaturanga as well as ideas for working with it in the context of a flow sequence. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion. Suitable for all levels.
