Join Jodi and Alexandra for a Yin Yoga & Sound Bath class, featuring Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls. Accompanied by sound, the first part of the experience will include some movement and pranayama followed by a slower Yin Yoga practice where poses will be held for longer periods of time. We’ll then move into a meditative sound bath. Feel free to bring blankets and pillows!
