Join Jodi and Alexandra for a 75 minute Yin Yoga & Sound Bath specialty class. We’ll start with a gentle vinyasa practice and a restorative Yin Yoga practice where poses will be held for longer periods of time, while accompanied by sound. We’ll then move into a meditative sound bath featuring Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls. Feel free to bring blankets and pillows!
